I have had a Wii for quite some time, a few years in fact. I always put off playing with it, thinking I needed someone else to enjoy it with. Excuse number 100, as to why I was not exercising. I could not decide what type of exercising I wanted to do today, after work, so I gave it a try. Boy, was it a workout! I had so much fun with Wii Sports. I played tennis, bowling and boxing. I even did the fitness challange to see what my current fitness age is. I must have done very well, because it was 36 and I am 38. I am looking forward to doing the challange again, after I am in better shape with my body, to see how young of a fitness age I can reach! I actually worked up a good sweat today playing that Wii. I am realizing I have all these tools to be healthy, just never utilized them. No more excuses for me!!
